Duties
-
Greet, welcome, and direct clients at the Concierge and main reception, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area aligned with the company's image.

Provide front desk support to both clients and internal employees.

Manage and optimize meeting room bookings using the internal system.

Coordinate security processes, including issuing access badges to new hires and visiting international staff.

Assist walk-in staff with urgent printing needs at the front desk.
-
Oversee the cleanliness of executive restrooms near reception and coordinate with cleaning staff.
-
Liaise with building management for office maintenance and ad hoc repair requests.
-
Coordinate business card printing requests with external vendors.
-
Provide backup coverage for the mailroom during breaks, including handling deliveries at the reception counter.

Support other basic administrative duties as assigned by the manager.
