We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support our Leasing team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation, smooth lease execution, and effective communication with stakeholders across the business and real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing team in day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and update leasing and marketing databases accurately
  • Prepare lease documentation and tenancy records, and track lease status
  • Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, and external parties (e.g., lawyers, IRAS, JTC, HDB)
  • Assist with meeting preparations and generate weekly/monthly leasing reports
  • Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and support onboarding for new tenants
