Job Description
- Expand the My Golf Kaki (MGK) membership base, including new memberships, retention, and managing attrition
- Identify potential recruitment channels and manage relationships with MGK recruitment partners
- Perform various membership management tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, schedule updates, benefits fulfillment, and membership sales
- Handle communications via email, phone, and in-person for both prospects and members
- Develop, plan, and execute MGK roadshows and events
- Conduct analytics and reporting for management
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (preferably in business administration, marketing, or hospitality)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in creative design using Canva and Photoshop is a plus
- Golf knowledge or experience in the golf industry is a plus
- Able to work occasionally on weekends, including public holidays
