
Sales Account Manager

Identify and Target Potential Clients:
Research and identify potential clients within the pest control industry, such as homeowners, businesses, property managers, and real estate agents.
Use various methods like cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals to reach out to potential clients.
Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships:
Meet with potential clients to understand their pest control needs and concerns.
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on the client's requirements.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have.
Develop Effective Sales Strategies:
Create a sales plan that outlines goals, target markets, and strategies to achieve personal sales targets
Implement effective sales techniques such as consultative selling, relationship building, and objection handling to close deals.
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
- Be responsive to client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle client complaints or issues professionally and work towards finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry
Customer-focused mindset with a keen interest in understanding client needs and providing solution
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and objections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Valid driver's license and transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3, $4,500.00 per month
