- Create a sales plan that outlines goals, target markets, and strategies to achieve personal sales targets

- Implement effective sales techniques such as consultative selling, relationship building, and objection handling to close deals.

  2. Be responsive to client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
  3. Handle client complaints or issues professionally and work towards finding satisfactory resolutions.
  4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry

  • Customer-focused mindset with a keen interest in understanding client needs and providing solution

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and objections
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
