
Human Resources Executive

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and executing payroll-related functions with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. This role also supports compensation and benefits, government reimbursements, and contributes to HR calendar planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Job Description
Payroll Processing & Compliance
- Manage monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
- Handle statutory contributions and filings (FWL, CPF, IRAS)
- Maintain approval schedules for payroll, TMS, allowances, and e-claims
- Oversee casual labour listings and related payments
- Administer government reimbursements (CCL, NS, ML)
Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare data for mid-year bonuses, annual increments, and other bonus schemes
- Support insurance-related tasks (Employee & WICA) and assist with renewal administration
HR Operations
- Maintain and update the HR calendar
- Lead employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Coordinate Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) submissions
- Serve as coordinator for Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality standards — handling sensitive payroll and employee data with zero tolerance for breaches is non-negotiable and central to this role
