Singapore Greensafe International Pte Ltd Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7.30am – 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturday, Sunday and gazetted public holidays

Qualification:

  • Minimum GCE N levels / O levels / ITE / A levels / Diploma
  • At least 3 years' experience in similar receptionist/administrative duties
  • Prior experience working in a Primary School setting is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Proficient in the use of email communication
  • First Aid knowledge is preferred

Job Scope:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and provide general reception services to visitors, staff, and students.
  • Assist in student matters (latecomers, sick bay, early dismissal, lost and found items, request for ice/biscuits/tissue, handling items to students, homework collection)
  • Assist in administration matters (stationery organisation, first aid inventories, receiving of goods, checking of files)
  • Any other administrative tasks assigned by Administration Manager and School Leaders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all school staff and pupil information.
