Job Summary:
The role of an Executive Chef leads the culinary team in delivering authentic, high-quality seafood dishes that reflect the brand's heritage and reputation for excellence. You will oversee the end-to-end kitchen operations including menu planning, food quality, cost control, hygiene standards, and team development.
Job Descriptions :
Menu Planning & Development
Design and update innovative menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food items.
- Develop recipes and standardize portion sizes to control food costs.
Kitchen Operations
Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
- Manage kitchen budgets, food cost analysis, and profitability targets.
Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Schedule staff shifts and allocate duties effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Maintain high culinary standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle special dietary requirements and guest feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Culinary degree or professional chef certification preferred.
- Flexibility to relocate
