Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch and execution of online campaigns.
  • Partner with suppliers on new product launches, promotional banners, and EDMs.
  • Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance and generate reports on online campaigns.
  • Develop content and manage the company's e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead e-commerce operations, including order management, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and assess feasibility.
  • Oversee onsite testing and CMS system enhancements.

  • Monitor and address system issues to ensure smooth online operations.

  • Manage and enhance the overall online customer experience.

  • Handle and resolve customer feedback, complaints, and compliments.

  • Manage the online admin team

  • Oversee store room space management.
  • Provide system coaching to new team members (Admin & PSA).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant business-related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive online sales with creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to partner with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.
