Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis & modeling for M&A, JVs, and strategic investments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's (MBA/MFin) preferred.

  • 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory.

  • Expertise: Advanced financial modeling (3-statement, valuation, scenario) & executive presentation building (PowerPoint).

  • Bilingual: Fluent written/spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • 双语能力:具备流利的书面和口语英语及普通话能力。
