Regional Senior Finance Manager

Job purpose

To lead and manage the finance function of the International Headquarters based in Singapore for a China-headquartered group engaged in consumer electronics, electrical appliances, or durable goods retail/distribution. This role is responsible for overseeing group-level financial consolidation, international tax planning, transfer pricing, and strategic business partnering across global entities, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore's financial regulations and setting up robust financial systems for newly established Singapore entities. The incumbent will act as a key finance liaison to China HQ, ensure accurate and timely reporting, cost efficiency, and provide strategic financial insights to support both local execution and global growth.

Job Responsibilities 职位职责

Group-Level Oversight 集团层面管理

• Lead financial consolidation across global entities under Singapore HQ.
  
  领导新加坡国际总部下所有海外实体的财务合并工作。
• Ensure timely and accurate group reporting to Singapore leadership and China HQ.
  
  确保向新加坡总部和中国母公司提供及时、准确的集团财务报告。

Singapore HQ Finance Leadership 新加坡总部财务管理

• Oversee full sets of accounts, statutory reporting, tax filings, and compliance.
  
  管理全盘账务、法定报表、税务申报及合规流程。
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and group-wide performance tracking.
  
  负责集团预算编制、预测及业绩跟踪分析。

International Tax & Transfer Pricing 国际税务与转让定价

• Manage corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, and global tax planning.
  
  管理公司税、消费税、预提税及全球税务筹划。
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  
  监督转让定价文档,确保各区域合规性。

Strategic Business Partnering 战略业务合作

• Act as financial advisor to management on product pricing, market expansion, and margin strategies.
  
  就产品定价、市场拓展和利润策略向管理层提供财务建议。
• Provide business insights to influence decision-making and strategic direction.
  
  提供财务见解,支持管理层制定战略方向。

Industry-Specific Financial Operations  行业相关财务操作

• Apply financial treatment for trade promotions, warranties, rebates, and inventory turnover.
  
  处理促销、保修、返点和库存周转等行业相关财务事项。
• Support import/export valuations and distributor pricing strategies.
  
  协助进出口估值与分销定价策略制定。

System & Process Implementation 系统建设与流程优化

• Lead ERP / accounting system implementation across the group.
  
  推动集团ERP / 会计系统的部署。
• Strengthen internal controls and drive automation across reporting and operations.
  
  强化内部控制,推动报告与运营流程自动化。

Policy & Compliance Framework Development 政策与合规框架建设

• Develop and localize financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations across all countries of operation, while maintaining alignment with group-level policies from China HQ. 制定并本地化财务政策、标准作业流程(SOP)及内部控制制度,确保符合各业务国家/地区的法规要求,同时保持与中国总部集团政策一致。

HQ Liaison & Compliance 总部协调与合规

• Act as finance interface with China HQ and manage cross-border reporting.
  
  担任与中国总部的财务对接人,管理跨境报告。
• Coordinate global audits and statutory filings.
  
  协调全球审计及合规申报工作。

Start-up & Business Support 初创期与业务支持

• Support start-up environment with ad-hoc responsibilities aligned with company goals to ensure success.
  
  需要根据公司整体目标,初创阶段的工作任务,以推动公司成功。

Job Requirements 职位要求

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA / ACCA preferred.
  
  财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历,拥有CPA/ACCA等资格者优先。
• Minimum 8 years of MNC experience in financial management, including regional or global consolidation.
  
  至少8年财务管理经验,具备跨国公司区域或全球财务整合经验。

• Experience in the consumer electronics, electrical appliances, or durable goods retail/distribution industry is preferred. 有消费电子、电器或耐用品零售 / 分销行业经验者优先考虑。

• Knowledge of Singapore & other regional countries tax law, GST, and transfer pricing regulations. 熟悉新加坡和其他国家税法、消费税及转让定价相关法规。

• Experience working with China-headquartered companies is a plus.

• Proficient in ERP systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence commercial decisions.
