Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand and to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs.
- Partner with right agencies / vendors to facilitate hiring processes
- Support the end-to-end recruitment coordination process, including interview scheduling (in-person, phone, and video), preparation of offer proposals, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage CV and candidate information updates across internal systems
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment and hiring activities
- Assist in recruitment and HR-related reporting and process improvements
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives such as onboarding experience enhancements, employer branding activities, or internal process reviews
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
