Job description

  • Lead and manage the overall HR function to align HR strategies with company vision and business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Manage HR operations and systems to support smooth processes and change management.

Jo Requirement

  • Prefer construction background
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years HR experience, including senior leadership.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle employee issues and union matters.
  • Proficient with HR systems and MS Office.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
