Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, hotel, car, ground transportation, visa and, travel insurance arrangement
  • Understand clients' need for complete accurate records of bookings and, offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing & routing.
  • Ensure high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the Service Level Agreement and clients' travel policies.
  • Undertake high level of confidentiality.
  • Provide feedback based on usage of workplace technology.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with travellers and travel arrangers.
  • Report client dissatisfaction of product and services delivery to the management.
  • Undertake after-office-hours emergency line duty as and when assigned.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Team Lead/HOD/Operations Manager/General Manager.

Working Location: Gombak Drive

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma, GCE A/O level, with IATA/UFTAA certification preferred
  • Preferably with minimum 02 years of related experience in Corporate Travel and/or Airlines industry
  • Well versed in GDS system (preferably Sabre)
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer focused and good team player with collaborative mindset to drive best outcomes
  • Due to work pass quota, we are only able to accept Singapore Citizen applicants
