JOB SUMMARY:
As member of the support team, you will provide administrative and operational assistance to sales and inter-departmental units. You will help to ensure the team operates effectively and achieves business goals. You will be required to communicate with customers to understand their needs so that the sales can effectively secure projects and win customers. You will also be required to communicate and liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist in Office Administrative duties
To assist in Filing, Scanning and Digitalization of Office documents
To assist in Order Preparation, including but not limited to;
· Prepare of needed documents
· Shipment and/or Delivery Arrangement
· Pick, Pack and Deliver
To maintain orderly and clean
To assist in any other administrative jobs as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher NITEC and above
- Entry-level are welcome to apply – training will be provided
- Simple to Advance MS Office skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in dynamic environment
- Pro-active and willing to learn
- Comfortable interacting with people in diverse environment
