Role Overview:

Responsible for managing after-sales support, resolving customer issues, and improving service quality for robotics, automation, or related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer after-sales requests and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers.
  • Analyze service data and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards.
  • Conduct maintenance, replace parts, perform inspections, and provide service feedback.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Nitec/Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in after-sales service or maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service awareness.
  • Familiarity with robotics, warehousing, or logistics.
