Job Summary:

Exciting opportunity to drive sales and technical solutions in robotics and automation across Singapore and ASEAN markets.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Support business development activities by building networks and cultivating relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Singapore and the ASEAN region.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for new and existing markets.
  • Acquire new customers and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare proposals for potential business partners and solutions.
  • Perform market research and analysis (e.g., 3C framework) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.

Technical Solution & Collaboration

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to enhance sales efforts.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide on-site support for robotic and automation project deployments.
  • Support customers with after-sales service and technical assistance.
  • Offer technical guidance for system repair and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong understanding of robotic applications such as mobile robots, robotic arms, and automation integration.
  • Technical acumen to align client needs with engineering solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to long-term partnerships.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market and business trends.
  • Proficiency in data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel overseas occasionally to support business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is preferred.
