Technical Support

  • Providing pre-sales & after-sales technical support/expertise to assist sales effort.
  • Deliver in-depth presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • On site technical repair / maintenance for robotic or automation project deployment.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support for business development activities by build networks, to identify business opportunities in Singapore and ASEAN region.
  • Support Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Conducts due diligence and make proposals for prospective business partners and solutions.
  • Conduct market research and need analysis (example 3C) to have a better grasp on market and for decision-making purpose and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, including proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics.
  • 2-4 years of sales/business development experience in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g., mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration).
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to tailor engineering solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships and keep up with latest market and business trends.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to perform overseas travel from time to time to support business requirements.
  • A candidate who possesses their own car will be advantageous.
