Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre- and post-order engineering, project planning, and layout design for new and service sales orders.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy to Sales, Service, and Project teams.
  • Prepare and finalize technical documentation, including P&ID, machine layouts, installation drawings, manuals, and engineering BOMs.
  • Support Production, Assembly, and Supply Chain teams with technical clarifications, supplier coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical problems during installation, commissioning, upgrades, and customer support.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations (ANSI, OSHA, CE), and maintain accurate product data.
  • Contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and team knowledge sharing.
  • Manage engineering budgets for orders and support claims with corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with international teams, which may involve working outside regular business hours.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related engineering field).
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for layouts and drawings.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, including P&ID, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
  • 2–5 years in mechanical/ project engineering, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or automation projects.
