**Tasks**
- Provide field service & direct market support for importers/dealers within the Asia Pacific region
- Develop and implement the strategic direction of Porsche After Sales within the Asia Pacific region and define the future of After Sales in consideration of Porsche’s electrification strategy/product portfolio
- Consult and coach After Sales Managers on importer
- & dealer
- level to further improve turnover and profitability within the business areas - parts, accessories, and service, as well as body & paint
- Provide hands-on dealer support for implementation and adaptation of the Porsche Service Core Process
- Handle Customer Relationship & Project Management

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent education
- Excellent understanding of the automotive After Sales business
- At least 8 years of automotive retail or wholesale experience with deep understanding of customer service and workshop processes
- Experience working in multicultural working environment
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office and Lotus Notes
- Excellent organization, communication and reporting skills
- Possesses leadership skills and ability to work Independently
- Reliable and able to work and travel on a flexible schedule according to business needs
