Job Description:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Business Development team.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain sales documentation, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) to support sales activities and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales pipeline activities.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and tender submissions.
  • Monitor and compile data for sales performance reports and forecasts.
  • Support the organization of client meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities assigned to the team.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing roles will be advantages
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
