Job Description:
- Expand the client base by identifying, targeting, and generating new business opportunities
- Maintain strong and sustainable relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new growth and revenue opportunities for existing and potential clients
- Introducing innovative solutions such as marketing tools and business operations enhancements to potential clients
- Sourcing and prospecting new clients through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic targeting
- Leading outreach via calls, emails, site visits, and meetings to pitch solutions to customers
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and pipeline prioritization to contract negotiation and signing
- Collaborating cross-functionally with onboarding, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful launches
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in business, marketing, hospitality, or any other related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Saas, hospitality tech, or F&B industries
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
