In this role, you will introduce Fabcom and improve our brand awareness across the SEA region. You will act as both a hunter and a farmer (nurturing existing relationships) to grow our brand and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities
Leverage your industry expertise and network to uncover potential clients and partners.
Outreach and Prospecting:
Demonstrate a proactive and aggressive approach to outreach and prospecting
- Utilize effective communication skills to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and work towards mutually beneficial partnerships
Possess the ability to engage with clients, prepare persuasive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Ensure exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor
Collaborative Strategic Planning:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and analytics, to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Monitor project delivery, campaign performance, and alignment with the company's overall business objectives
Target Achievement:
Consistently work towards and achieve your assigned sales targets
- Demonstrating a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to the organization's growth and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3+ years of business development/sales experience in the digital, media, or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
