Position: Sales Executive (Singapore Region)
Reporting to: Sales Accounts Manager

In line with our growth strategy, our company has expanded its business into the Singapore market under the registered entity ICE HOLIDAYS (S) PTE LTD. We are primarily focused on B2B outbound travel, offering curated international travel solutions to our network of travel partners. This expansion marks a significant milestone in our regional development, allowing us to better serve our partners and clients in Singapore with localized support and tailored travel services.
The Sales Executive (Singapore Region) plays a key supporting role in assisting the Sales Account Manager with day-to-day sales operations, client servicing, and business development activities to strengthen our presence in the Singapore market. This role is based in Singapore and will involve close collaboration with our headquarters in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Client Servicing
Assist the Sales Account Manager in handling existing B2B client accounts.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and product details for clients.
Follow up on enquiries, bookings, and after-sales support.
Keep client communication and sales records updated in the system.
Business Development
Help identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities.
Support marketing and sales campaigns to promote travel products.
Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and trade events.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams in Malaysia (Product, Operations, Marketing) for pricing and itinerary updates.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare basic sales reports and track performance or market updates.
Perform administrative or other support tasks assigned by the Sales Account Manager or management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the travel or tourism industry (candidate with strong interest in travel sales are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel & other related tools.
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently with guidance.
Familiarity with regional travel products will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while staying connected to the Malaysia HQ team.
