Job scopes:
- Expand and maintain a strong customer network for Industrial Sensors, Power Supplies, Cables, Transducers, RFID, Vision Cameras, and Networks
- Drive New Business Development across industries such as Semicon, Life Sciences, Automation/Robotics, F&B, Metal Working, and Packaging
- Identify new opportunities, manage pipeline via CRM, and provide tailored solutions with support from the technical team
- Manage and grow assigned Key Accounts, driving revenue and profitability
- Conduct Webinars, Roadshows, Product Seminars, Technology Days, and customer presentations
- Stay updated on product launches and promote solutions to clients
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Utilize CRM (preferably SAP C4C) and SAP systems efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related fields
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Sensors & Controls, IO-Link, RFID, or related solutions
- Customer-oriented mindset with product and application knowledge in Industrial Automation
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (SAP/C4C preferred)
