Job Requirements:

  • Keep abreast of market developments and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients and investors
  • Collaborate actively with the International Sales Department in Japan and be familiar with the properties available for sale
  • Prospect potential clients, advise suitable properties for their portfolio and work as a team to close deals
  • Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and updates for clients and HQ
  • Assist client with the sale of their properties when the opportunity arises
  • Manage sale and purchase contracts as well as other administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years related working experience
  • Possess CEA License is a must
  • Able to speak in Japanese language to liaise Japanese speaking client will be an advantage
