Job Description
  • Lead paid media campaigns for Qantas and Jetstar across Asia to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Partner with teams and agencies to deliver insight-driven, regionally tailored media plans
  • Ensure all content meets brand, strategy, and compliance standards
  • Permanent role based in our Singapore office

In your role as Paid Media Specialist, Asia, you will support the Manager, Marketing Channels in driving the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media for both the Qantas and Jetstar brands across the region. This role is instrumental in developing and delivering short- and long-term media plans that maximise performance across key metrics including website traffic, leads, and conversion. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure paid activity is insight-led, targeted, and commercially impactful.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and the ability to translate regional customer behaviours into effective channel strategies. A critical part of your responsibilities includes ensuring that all paid media content is brand-aligned, error-free, and compliant with channel strategy, governance frameworks, and applicable policies.

You'll have –

  • 5–8 years' experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
  • Lead strategic paid media initiatives through market research and integrated marketing planning
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns with strong project and time management skills
  • Optimize performance via CRO, A/B testing, and continuous experimentation
  • Leverage data insights using web analytics and data visualization tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, showing strong communication and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance and engage stakeholders with legal awareness, negotiation, and presentation skills
