What You'll Do
Drive B2B Sales Growth:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification
- Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in mobile device sector
Manage Key Client Relationships
- Serve as primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Build long-term partnerships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions
Collaborate for Success
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize client solutions
- Share market insights to improve products and services
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to positive team culture
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
- Results-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in smartphone/mobile device sales (especially pre-owned devices)
- Knowledge of telco industry, dealer networks, or device trading
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Existing network in mobile device/technology sector
- Understanding of device repair, trading rates, and market dynamics
