About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Executive (General Insurance) to join our team at Prudenz Agencii Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Labrador Tower. As a Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and success of our general insurance business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to the insurance team
  • Assisting with processing insurance applications, claims, and other client inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support client relations and retention
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence

What we're looking for

  • No experience required, as training will be provided.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  • Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
