Position Summary

Job Description Summary

This role will work closely with project teams across Samsung’s sales offices in the region to lead and oversee transformation projects to achieve strategic objectives.

You are expected to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute and implement solutions to improve efficiency and drive business values, while managing and mitigating risks.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the progress of the various project initiatives and provide insights to the relevant business operations.

Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively review existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Help transcribe business requirement into project / system requirements.
- Initiate and develop collaboration projects with subsidiaries from end-to-end including creating and presenting project proposals, defining deliverables, conducting analysis and generating insights/recommendations
- Manage projects’ budget, costs, and timeline
- Coordinate and communicate with IT department on system requirements
- Ensure smooth execution and quality implementation across the entire project’s life-cycle
- Track & report project progress - development, implementation, operations improvement, business impact, analysis review, root cause analysis on issue areas, etc
- Prepare communication / training materials, analysis templates and workshops
- Other ad-hoc duties

Skills and Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in leading regional or global projects
- Proactive and detail-oriented with great organizational skills and meticulous follow-up
- Great communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have a positive attitude, a team player, and is passionate about business change transformation
- Able to work independently, reliable, self-disciplined, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Is innovative and able to drive continuous improvements
- Experience in directing, coordinating work across diverse cross functional teams and geo-locations.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Project management certification or similar a plus
