Sales Account Manager – Semiconductor (Foundries / Fabs Specific)
Responsibilities
- First-point-of-contact for customer vacuum needs
- Sales cycle management and new business generation
- Budget management (sales & service)
- Service enquiry management (repair, exchange, upgrading)
- Conflict resolution and relationship building
- Reporting and performance monitoring
- Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with the team
- Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
Requirements
- Bsc/BEng/Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
- Hands on experience in direct sales
- Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution.
- Understand sales reporting metric
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reactivity to customer's request
- Project management skills
