We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Private Client team as Senior Associate, Client Onboarding, based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM)
  • Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes
  • Engagement with 2 significant counterparts of (a) TRM to effect smooth transition of PW solutions' life cycle from onboarding to TRM; and (b) Compliance to ensure that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Managing end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust
  • Assist in preparation of regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports
  • Conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Finance
  • STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Organized, meticulous, pro-active
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills
  • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
  • Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime
