Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
- Maintain and update HR records (e.g. personal files, contracts, employee data in HRIS)
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes (appraisals, KPIs)Handle issuance and renewal of employment contracts, letters, and passes (e.g. Work Passes via MOM's EPOL/WPOL system)
Requirement:
- Degree in HR or related field (Fresh Grads welcome)
- Diploma holders with at least 2 years of HR Executive experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
