Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
  • Maintain and update HR records (e.g. personal files, contracts, employee data in HRIS)
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes (appraisals, KPIs)Handle issuance and renewal of employment contracts, letters, and passes (e.g. Work Passes via MOM's EPOL/WPOL system)

Requirement:

  • Degree in HR or related field (Fresh Grads welcome)
  • Diploma holders with at least 2 years of HR Executive experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
