What would a Senior Localisation Project Manager do at Hogarth?

As a Senior Localisation Project Manager , you would be responsible for managing localisation projects for our clients' marketing communication materials across different platforms. You will work closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents across Southeast Asia (SEA), engaging with cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery. Your role involves organizing schedules, distributing workloads, tracking project progress, and managing budgets. Effective communication and negotiation with internal and external teams to align expectations are essential.

Essential Skills
  • Basic knowledge of the localisation sector, including trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Experience in project management—planning, finance management, coordination, and delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing teams, including direct reports and mid-sized teams.
  • Collaborated with multi-functional teams.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CAT tools and IT-savviness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years in project management within a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of localization, transcreation, or language services is advantageous.
  • Experience managing multi-market projects.
  • Experience working with global brands across various media—print, interactive, and film.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire creative workflow—from briefing to delivery.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient with relevant technology and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach.
  • Availability to work on-site in Singapore as required, including extended periods.
