Localisation Lead

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in localisation strategy, vendor management, and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing localisation strategies to meet business objectives, managing a team of localisation specialists, and ensuring the quality of translated content.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement localisation strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Manage a team of localisation specialists to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of localisation projects.
    • Ensure the quality of translated content through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years experience in a similar localisation role in the online space.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality localisation projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong understanding of localisation technologies, including Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and Machine Translation (MT).
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
