Responsibilities:

  • Perform quick response to customer's inquiry
  • Communicate with customer on their inquiry of our product
  • Perform coordination work with sales and production team
  • Provide documentation such as quotation, invoice for processing order
  • Arrange delivery or installation
  • Reply email and Whatsapp
  • Other work assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in speaking/writing in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role in SG
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Candidates with sales experience will be first considered
