About the role
Join the dynamic team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. as an Indoor Sales Executive. This full-time position is based in the Kallang Central Region and plays a key role in driving sales for the company within the retail and consumer products industry.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and stock management
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
- Maintain a clean and organised retail environment
- Assist with product merchandising and displays
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
