About the role
As an Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for professional growth.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries and orders, ensuring prompt and accurate handling
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other related materials
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
