Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. This role is office-based and focuses on handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri
  • Supportive team environment with hands-on training provided.
  • Opportunities to learn both product knowledge and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are correctly captured.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and fulfilment.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and follow up proactively to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain records of sales transactions and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist with other related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good coordination, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entry-level candidates with retail or customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or sales coordination is an advantage.
