About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Indoor Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Muhr Asia. This exciting full-time role will be based in our office in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As an Indoor Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, delivering excellent service and nurturing strong relationships
  • Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Providing accurate, timely and detailed quotes and proposals to customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Managing marketing activities
  • Actively participating in sales meetings, training sessions and other company initiatives

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the engineering industry. Fresh diploma or degree graduates in the engineering discipline are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and customer engagement
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
