Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers' enquiries and provide accurate information and recommendations on car accessories.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting store sales and promotional activities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to manage order fulfillment for both in-store and online customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback through phone, email, and online platforms in a professional manner.
  • Arrange and follow up on installation appointments, ensuring smooth customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve store objectives in a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in automotive accessories or electronic gadgets sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
