Location: One-North

Period: 12 months contract

Working hour: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Thu); 8:30am-5:30pm (Fri)

Salary: $2,853 to $3,780 per month

  • HR Business Partnership (HRBP) Administration
  • Maintain and update physical/electronic personnel files, photos, and records in HR systems, SharePoint, and eRegistry.
  • Track and support HRBP-related administrative matters.
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews/assessments, manage pre-employment checks, onboarding processes, visitor clearance, and update candidate records in the ATS.
  • Internship Management
  • Handle end-to-end internship processes including document collection, agreements, onboarding/offboarding, HRPS record creation, visitor clearance, and testimonial tracking.
  • Data & Records Management
  • Review, clean, and verify HR datasets across systems to resolve inconsistencies and errors.
  • Perform data entry, quality checks, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Career Fairs & Outreach Support (Senior Executive 2 focus)
  • Coordinate collaterals, logistics, and inventory management for career fairs and outreach activities.
  • General HR & Administrative Support
  • Provide ad-hoc HR administrative duties across HRBP, recruitment, and internship functions as required.
  • Act as covering officer when needed.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Min Diploma in relevant study.
  • At least 3 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnership admin, recruitment admin, internship and data management in Government agencies.
