About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Global Brand and Employee Communications Manager to bring our brand to life internally. This pivotal role combines storytelling, strategy, and culture—shaping how we connect with employees, embed our brand values, and align teams around our shared purpose. You will collaborate across regions and functions to deliver impactful messaging, develop engaging campaigns, and ensure consistent and meaningful expression of our brand across all internal touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications- Develop and implement the global internal communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities and values.
- Manage an integrated internal communications calendar supporting major milestones, campaigns, and leadership initiatives.
- Create high-quality, engaging internal content such as leadership messages, newsletters, SharePoint posts, and digital campaigns.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business units to foster employee engagement and support culture, transformation, and change communications.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Outlook, PowerPoint) to craft, manage, and evaluate communications.
- Act as a brand ambassador within internal communications, ensuring consistent tone, look, and feel.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to localize and reinforce brand positioning internally.
- Maintain and update internal brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards.
- Advise teams on how to bring the brand to life through daily communications, campaigns, and employee touchpoints.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, regional communicators, and functional heads to identify key stories and align messaging.
- Provide guidance to leaders on tone, narrative, and presentation of strategic priorities.
- Oversee internal distribution channels and governance processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance internal reach and engagement.
- Gather insights from internal audiences to inform messaging and channel strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in internal, corporate, or brand communications within a global or matrixed organization.
- Excellent writing, editorial, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and formats.
- Experience managing global communication calendars, leadership messaging, and campaign planning.
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Viva Engage.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies, building consensus and delivering results in complex environments.
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of brand identity, with experience maintaining visual consistency across channels.
- Agile, collaborative, detail-oriented, with sound judgment and stakeholder diplomacy skills.
