About this role

We're seeking a visionary Head of Global Brand to meticulously shape, strategically scale, and diligently safeguard the voice and presence of Kasvu Discovery products worldwide. This isn't merely about crafting messages; it's about forging profound meaning around our cutting-edge platforms and ensuring that every scientist, partner, and client experiences a consistent, compelling, and credible narrative – whether they encounter us at a bustling conference in Singapore, delve into our insights from Europe, or utilize our transformative tools in their labs anywhere across the globe.This role is for a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on doer. You are a creative visionary with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of translating complex technological and scientific advancements into clear, compelling, and emotionally resonant brand stories.

Key responsibilities
  • Brand leadership: Define and evolve Kasvu Discovery's global brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints. Act as the ultimate guardian of our brand integrity and promise
  • Market presence & storytelling: Develop and execute innovative global marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse scientific and commercial audiences. Craft compelling narratives that articulate the unique value proposition of Kasvu Discovery, highlighting our human-centric approach and technological superiority
  • Measurement & growth: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health and marketing effectiveness. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to continuously optimize brand strategies for maximum impact and revenue growth
Required qualifications

  • • Proven experience in global brand management, preferably within SaaS, biotech, or deep tech sectors

  • • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns

  • • Strong analytical capabilities to measure brand performance and derive actionable insights

  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment

  • • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and PR
Nice to have

  • • Experience with scientific or highly technical product branding

  • • Familiarity with the drug discovery, bioinformatics, or clinical research ecosystem

  • • Experience working in remote-first or distributed team environments
