Are you ready to shape the future of real estate sales on a global scale? As our Global Channel Management Head, you will lead and grow our worldwide network of brokers, partners, and channel intermediaries while driving advance sales of our condo-hotel units across key international markets. In this high-impact executive role, you will lead our global distribution strategy, forging powerful partnerships that accelerate unit sales, broaden investor access, and bring our tech-driven, standardized model to life. • Develop and execute a global channel strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage brokers, agents, and strategic partners across key markets including the Philippines, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
• Drive broker performance by setting clear targets, implementing incentive programs, and delivering training that supports pre-construction unit sales.
• Build strong relationships with top broker firms, RIAs, and family offices to expand distribution and generate recurring revenue from hotel operations.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver co-branded campaigns, tools, and resources that make investor onboarding simple and highlight our hassle-free investment model.
• Track performance, analyze market trends, and assess competitive activity to refine strategies and uncover growth opportunities in emerging regions such as Saudi Arabia and India.
• Ensure compliance with international real estate regulations, anti-money laundering standards, and integrate our prop-tech platform for seamless transactions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of channel managers, fostering innovation, accountability, and global collaboration.
• Report on channel KPIs directly to the CEO, contributing insights that inform expansion strategy and board-level decision making.

• Experience: 10+ years in channel management, real estate sales leadership, or partnership development, with a strong track record in global real estate or hospitality networks.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of broker ecosystems, ideally in condo-hotel, fractional ownership, or investment property sales; exposure to Asia-Pacific, Europe, or Middle East markets is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CRE, CCIM) preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics, and sales forecasting to support data-driven decision making.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a global mindset; multilingual abilities (English plus Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic) highly valued.
• Adaptability: Thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments; experience with prop-tech, Nasdaq-listed companies, or high-growth startups is an advantage.
• Travel: Willingness to travel 30–40% to engage with international partners and represent Hotel101 at industry events.
