Our client is an exciting Regional Conglomerate group of companies based in Singapore. Their business includes FMCG, Retail, F&B, Hospitality and even Fashion. Having a strong local & growing presence within SEA Region, they are seeking for an experienced Head of Brand & Marketing to spearhead the overall group Marketing & Branding efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be instrumental creating a 'brand bible' for the company with a clear long and short term strategic vision of how Marketing & Branding is deployed across all the group's business
- To work closely with the Founders' & Peer-Senior Leadership team in revamping and establishing a stronger branding and marketing framework deployable across the stakeholders both internally and externally
- To inspire and lead the current existing marketing team in each of the business units
- Able to have a strong grasp of business operations across multiple industries with a clear strategic plan and execution road map for each with clear distinction

To be successful in this role, he or she must display a keen speciality & track record in guiding a company's Marketing & Branding division with highly effective strategies and execution. Other key requirements includes:
**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in a relatable Field
- Strong communications & leadership skills with demonstrated experience of working with Senior Key stakeholders and managing a team
- Able to display a strong strategic mindset with well-thought short and long terms plan
- At least 7 years and above of experience in Marketing & Branding across the FMCG, F&B, Hospitality, Luxury and other consumer driven industries
