Singapore BANK OF CHINA LIMITED Full time

Responsible for drafting various Chinese Press releases, marketing material, speeches, reports,

etc., with outstanding Chinese writing skills.
- Responsible for coordinating the annual budget for marketing and publicity of the branch,

drafting proposals, project implementation and post evaluation of marketing, publicity and

brand sponsorship activities.
- Responsible for proposal and purchasing of corporate gifts.

drafting different types of brand publicity materials and reviewing of advertising designs.

Collection of branding, products and other advertising materials of the branch, and carrying out advertising activities in coordination with key corporate image and products of the branch.
- Responsible for collecting, making, organizing, shooting, editing and reporting publicity

materials according to the work arrangement of the head office and branch; Responsible for on
- site shooting, video recording and post-production of important activities of the branch;
Responsible for building and archiving photos and video files of the branch.
- Be the administrator of Financial Museum of the Branch. Responsible for day-to-day

management, maintenance and updates for the content of the exhibits, management of the

system, hardware and software equipment, as well as maintaining contact with suppliers.
- Responsible for the organization of donations and charity events of the branch, collating

relevant materials for and drafting the annual social responsibility report.
- Responsible for media-buy agency management, including pitching, daily management and

post-service evaluation of media agent of the branch.
- Assist in the advertising management of the bank, take charge of advertising projects led by

Admin Department, including project proposals, advertising designs, implementation and post
- project evaluation.
- Chinese & English bilingual translation for internal documents & minutes, as well as publicity

materials.
- Other assigned duties.

**JobRequirement
- Min Degree in Events Management, Brand & Marketing or related discipline
- Background in Corporate Brand Building, Event Organize, Media related working experience or

Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 5-10 years of Chinese Press releases writing, brand management experience, or other

Chinese speeches, reports writing related working experience
- Comfortable to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with Head Office
- Proficient in Chinese official documents writing
