We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant / Partner to support the daily operations, marketing activities, and business growth of our online sales channels, including TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.

This role covers product listing management, order fulfillment, content coordination, campaign execution, and performance analysis, ensuring smooth business operations and continuous sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations

  • Manage and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory) across TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Stay updated on platform policies and make necessary operational adjustments to ensure compliance.

2. Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform marketing events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create TikTok videos, livestream scripts, and social media content to drive engagement and sales.
  • Optimize product listings with SEO and keyword strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for sales and marketing improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies for a competitive edge.

4. Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to handle returns, refunds, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive platform ratings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome for the Assistant position).
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing tools, social media content creation, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
