We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • Daily Beauty Team - Ryo, Mise En Scene & Illiyoon

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in our e-commerce operations, contributing to various tasks such as managing product sales/launch, coordinating promotional activities, and executing e-commerce strategies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal product presentation, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales performance analysis. This role offers a comprehensive learning opportunity to enhance your skills in online operations and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Developing & Executing E-Commerce Strategy
  • Define business goals, sales targets, and growth roadmap for e-commerce channels.
  • Drive strategies for online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and offline e-commerce retailers (Watsons, Guardian, FairPrice).
Managing Online Store Operations
  • Oversee product listing accuracy, content optimization, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and after-sales support.
  • Enhance user experience to maximize conversions.
Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate, influencer marketing).
  • Optimize sales funnels and promotional mechanics across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and boost conversion rates.
Business Analysis & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyze sales data, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews and propose improvement plans.
  • Submit monthly account reports, including sales readings and invoices to finance and management.
Partner & Account Management
  • Manage relationships with key e-commerce platforms and retailers.
  • Negotiate campaigns, visibility opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Industry & Trend Monitoring
  • Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities in social commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver business objectives.

Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop operations.
  • Exposure to offline retailers (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, FairPrice) is preferred.
  • Background in FMCG product management strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of fast-moving supply chains, promotional mechanics, and category management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
