Responsibilities:

Retail & Store Operations:

  • Support daily operations of the physical store, including inventory management, store SOP compliance, staff coordination, and customer service standards.

  • Coordinate visual merchandising and store layout plans with the operations and VM team.

  • Invoice submission and monitoring of payments for all related vendors.

  • Take part in recruitment process for store colleagues (Recruitment led by Senior Manager).

  • Assist in preparing for new store openings (site setup, stock deliveries, staffing logistics).

  • Monitor KPIs of the retail team to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Act as a coordinator for administrative tasks related to retail operations, ensuring smooth communication and execution across teams.

  • Assist in any other ad hoc activities.

E-commerce & Marketing Related Operations:

  • Oversee the fulfilment of online orders (pick, pack, ship) in collaboration with warehouse/fulfilment partners.

  • Monitor order accuracy, handle customer inquiries and return/refunds.

  • Ensure seamless integration between physical and online store inventory and processes.

  • Execution of all in-store collaterals provided (Physical and digital).

  • Coordinate with landlord on store-related promotions and requirements.

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring operational readiness and alignment of resources.

  • Monitor and analyze the results of promotions and marketing activities, providing insights for improvement and future planning.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

  • Manage stock movement between warehouse, store(s), and e-commerce channels.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy in POS and inventory systems.

  • Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams on replenishment and delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate inventory availability to support both retail and promotional activities, ensuring smooth operations.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Identify and recommend improvements in operations workflows, tools, and vendor relationships.

  • Support implementation of new systems (POS, WMS, ERP) as the business scales.

  • Generate regular operations reports on sales, inventory, order fulfilment, and other KPIs.

  • Consolidate and report on retail and marketing metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Assist in streamlining processes to support the overall efficiency of business operations across retail, marketing, and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.

  • Experience working across retail, marketing, and e-commerce channels, with a focus on operational and promotional alignment.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory or POS systems (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
